After quitting cheer, the teen was worried about her loss of muscle tone and joined her mother in the gym. Her initial distaste for the formal workout dissolved on seeing the results, and she became "hooked."

The model aims to inspire other women to reach their goals and build self-confidence through her inspirational content. She looks up to former vice president Al Gore, whose efforts to educate the public on global warming are recorded in "An Inconvenient Truth."

Her sister Tanaya inspired her to investigate a plant-based diet in 2016. Henry developed multiple recipe books and meal plans around the vegan lifestyle. She claims to have gained muscle mass after cutting out meat.

Katya Elise Henry's Subtweets Spark Cheating Rumors, Tyler Sends Sweet Homage

With the shutdown of the NBA's season in 2020, Tyler decided to take his shot with Henry. He publicly pursued the Miami influencer online with simple tweets like "wyd." The couple met IRL after a brief Twitter exchange.

Two years into the relationship, she detonated a bomb amongst her 6.9 million Insta fans. On June 3, 2022, she posted, "If you cheat on someone that is willing to do anything for you, you actually cheated yourself out of loyalty."

She followed the since-deleted post with a series of tweets and liked a supporter's message saying they would treat her like a queen if her man did not. The new mom unfollowed her boyfriend on Instagram and scrubbed him from her grid.

Though Tyler did not respond to the rumors directly, he made a social media splash of his own on June 14, 2022, by wishing Henry a happy birthday. In the post that included a carousel of images of their life together, he said:

"Aint no tellin' where we'd be at without you. You've been my rock, holding it down for 2 years, I can't wait to see what life has in store for us. Enjoy. Smile. (sic)"

Four days later, the couple shared the news of the newest addition to the family in a joint social media statement. The NBA's Sixth Man of the Year told PEOPLE that he felt great and was happy to be there for his family.

In a Q&A with fans, Henry said that marriage was not in her foreground and told any hopeful NBA Wag that they better "buckle up," as it is not a lifestyle for the weak.
